Under each description, I have the recommended servings for a medium appetizer. If you want something heavier, I would suggesting sizing up!
Cheeses are rotating based on availability. I will almost always have one soft cheese (Brie or similar) and a cheddar. If you have favorites or requests, just let me know and I am more than happy to accommodate!
Unless otherwise specified, all orders will come on a disposable, platter; enclosed in a box with a lid for easy transport. Wooden boards are available to purchase, if needed. Boards are also available to rent and I'm also happy to use one of yours if you'd like! Definitely all up to you and your preferences!
I am proud to partner with CarHop Maine for delivery. Through their website, you can schedule your delivery (and also add a bottle of wine or your favorite beverage from a local company, too!). I also offer free pick up at Fork Food Lab in Portland and Hops & Vine in Gorham as alternative options.
The State of Maine requires a catering license for my business, which also requires a commercial kitchen space that has been inspected by local health officials. As a member, I prepare all orders at Fork Food Lab in Portland - a shared, commercial kitchen space that has been approved by the State and City of Portland.
I can and absolutely do accommodate special diet requests! Those with severe allergies should be mindful and exercise their own judgement when placing orders. I work in a shared kitchen space and while I will do my best to avoid cross-contamination, I rely on manufacturer's labeling and cannot guarantee certain requests.
As a member of Fork Food Lab, we are required to monitor our temperature, sanitize workspaces and wear masks and gloves. I also am a certified food safety manager, so I am trained to ensure all food is handled safely and avoids any contamination or spoilage. I only offer contactless payment options, and can accommodate contactless pickup, if requested. CarHop Maine also offers contactless delivery upon request.
All boards are prepared the day-of your order to ensure the freshest quality and designed to be enjoyed the same day. I recommend storing your board in the refrigerator and removing 30-60 minutes prior to eating for the best flavor. Cheese should always be enjoyed at room temperature :) Leftovers (if any!) can be wrapped in parchment paper and stored in the refrigerator and eaten within 3 days.
If there was a cheese on your board that you loved, please let me know! I am more than happy to help source or find a spot for you to get your hands on more Maine cheese!
